Bailey always wants to play. We bought 40sq feet of grass and put it down. Considering my yard is 9750 sq feet, the 40 we put down is tiny.

Are those the cinder blocks you dropped on your foot?

Ummm...I can give you some grass seed. Or maybe I'll be generous and buy you 4 square feet of sod I don't guarantee it will match your current sod

You can't see the bricks I dropped. Those are in my neighbors yard. (Once the newly planted hedges grow in, I won't be able to see that carp.)

A pallet of sod is about $120. It covers 500sq feet. We need a lot of pallets.

We bought 15 ficus shrubs and 3 hibiscus shrubs and I couldn't afford the grass, so we just bought a little so the dogs would have someplace to "go". I really thought 40sq feet would cover more.

Is Bailey only gonna take a dump on that square now? Rawr!

Romeo takes a dump while spinning in circles. I should post video of that.

We planted 20 azaleas along one fence line.

Every day Doris dug one up and left it on the deck for us as a gift. I think she was trying to thank or for something.

She was quite the digger when she was a young lass.

So, that's the infamous Bailey that's always bugging you when I call.
Your patch of sod looks like a little deserted island. We should take up a KRMS collection to get the rest of your yard sodded.

That's my baby girl. A bit of a PITA, but a wonderful dog.

No Tithers, that is not gonna be her poop place. She is a typical girl and has a favorite spot that has to be cleaned as soon as she goes or she starts crying. If you forget and don't pick it and and she has to go, she'll go to the spot and come back to you and start crying.

I only need 20 pallets at $120 each. That's for the back yard. I need another 8 pallets for the front. I won't have grass for along time. I can't water that much grass so it doesn't matter.

I wish my dogs had a favorite spot. Makes clean-up much easier!

Yep, my dogs leave landmines all over the place everyday when I let them out of their kennel. At least it's all in the fenced area and not the entire yard.

Speaking of dog poop. We took my DD to Petsmart today to get her some fishies for her new tank. They were having dog adotion day, which was great. Until someone's dog decided to go poop over by the fish section and my DD walked right in it.

I can't go to Petsmart on doggie adoption day.
My self control isn't that well developed.

I do every once in awhile go to this one place that is a cat rescue, though. They have a cat room, and they love for people to go visit the cats to help socialize them.

I used to have two...
one died (long story for another time)...
then I had one....for awhile. She moved with me from Dayton, to Phoenix to Alabama. She died and since then....
I just haven't been able to justify getting another one...I'm gone a lot...and even for a cat you need to be home more than 8 hours a day.

(*sigh) some day..the right kitty will make itself known to me.
