1. Why do you run?
I started running in 1997 because I was doing lots and lots of weights and wanted a cardio to compliment it. My father was a runner, and I went out for a couple of jogs and it stuck. I did 35-50 minutes 3x per week until 2005 when I started doing 2 of those per week and a nice 60-80 minute run on Saturdays. In April 2006, I decided to try half-marathons, and started upping my milage. I ended up doing 12 miles without any trouble, so I decided that maybe marathons were a better bet, and I've been pretty much on the wagon ever since.

2. What is your greatest accomplishment?
Professionally: Getting an MBA with honors and becoming an adept project manager.
Personally: um. err... I suppose not killing any members of my family... yet- and that I'm a fairly decent guy. I'm honest and I don't screw people over.
Physically: I suppose my marathons. 3 in 11 months probably isn't a big deal to plenty of others, but it is a point of pride for me, even though I wasn't very fast.

3. What is your motto/theme song?
Easy! Theme song is Jeru by Miles Davis. As far as Motto- Doesn't matter what you say- all that matters is how you say it.

4. How do you deal with bad runs?
I frankly dwell if it's a marathon, but if it's just a regular old run through the neighborhood, I forget it.

5. Do you reward yourself for good runs? How?
Not really. I make sure I'm properly nourished for my longer runs, and afterwards, I make sure I down enough protein. That's about it.

6. Who do you admire most?
My father, I'd have to say.

7. What is the greatest advice you have ever received?
How to solve problems. Patience and a hard work ethic. I learned those, but I just wished I learned them sooner.

9. What do you wish you could do but can't?
A decent guy or the smart one. I used to be the funny. The clown is dead.

11. What do you wear running? favorite outfit?
Race, huh? I've always liked Asians. Heh heh.

All my marathons I've loved equally for different reasons. I loved Dublin because it was my first, I've loved Paris because it was Paris and it felt good to see the sun after a long Dublin Winter. Berlin because... well- Berlin is just a cool city rich with history and everyone was so friendly and happy to be there.
13. Do you have a goal race right now?
Not at the moment. I'll probably get a Spring marathon in my sights in the winter.

14. What makes you happy?
Reading, Salads, Jazz, My ex-girlfriend, helping others, my faith, economics.

15. Tell us one interesting thing about you that you haven't said (at least not often) on this forum in the past.
I spent the winter as a Ski Patrol when I was 15. I screwed up my knees and the only thing that makes them not hurt is running.

16. My ex-gf and another PRT family both come from a small town in South America. They think their Grandmothers must have known eachother
