I fell and broke my arm in 2 places (humerus and radius - withih an inch of my elbow on either side) on Thursday. Friday, I saw my orthopedic surgeon, and I am not to run for at least the next month. Probably longer. I'm in a cast that reaches from my shoulder to my fingertips, so most of the usual cross training activities are out. He is anticipating this cast for a month, then an immobilizer for another 10 weeks.<br><br>
Any suggestions for workouts, other than walking? I can't think of anything else that would be workable with the cast.
