b-day tea party.

by DCoroner77

I survived my 3-year-old niece's birthday tea party by taking along some very special tea. Yep. DH and I, being the smart asses that we are decided that since we were going to a tea party, we were going to take our own tea. So we mixed up a pitcher of Long Islands.

We smuggled in the pitcher and kept it in the garage. BIL laughed his ass off. By about 4:00, even SIL wanted one. They were a hit!

Even though we were drinking long islands, believe it or not, all of the parents of the kids in attendance were drinking way more than we were!!!

I was a little sad to miss my nephews third birthday party last week, but it's nice to avoid all the family drama.

I'm fairly certain that is why Chuck E. Cheese offers beer.
