<p>Here's a vid I made for my fambly. It's windy out - just discovered that there are tornados to the north of us in the flatlands.</p>

<p>My breath is ragged, but that's where I'm at these days. It surprises me to listen to because I hadn't realized how much I am affected. Just got used to the new normal.</p>
