The problem with having a common name is sometimes you hear your name on the TV news, and not for the good. Two men got into a road rage incident on I-285 yesterday in which one fired shots at the other. Both were arrested and charged with various citations. 
 
At any rate as I woke up this morning and was listening to the news I heard my name mentioned as being arrested in a road rage incident. Other than put a couple of posters in here on ignore I haven't shot at anyone yet. I'm sure there will be a few curious people stopping by at work today just to chat that normally don't chat with me just to see if I'm at work. <img alt="mad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mad.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"> Guess I better not be late today.

Maybe I should have driven the Lexus to work rather than the VW Jetta. Based on the guy's picture in the paper he looks about my age too. Wonder exactly what was my father doing back in 1953???

You know, I really don't get road rage. Yah, I've had people cut me off. Ride up my tailpipe. All that crap. Let. It. Go. Speed up/slow down to get away from them. Take the next exit. Whatever. But pulling a gun on someone because you were "in fear of your life"? Not buying it!
 
So... when is your court date? You might see if Jebba has any suggestions for you.

And yes, what everyone else said...show good manners and courtesy with the judge and they might let you off easy with this being a first-time offense (this is a first-time, right?...)

The other guy ($10,000 bond) is studying to be a fire fighter and EMT at Atlanta Area Tech.
