Last week's recovery running was tough, but I got a good long run in yesterday and it felt fine. Still taking things slow.<br><br>

Sorry to hear about you hurting your knee.
I got 6 miles in this morning. I pushed up the mph on the TM at each mile.
I'm taking this week easy again. Maybe I'll mix in some tempos in the next couple weeks.<br><br>

Excellent BigG, and CONGRATULATIONS!!! Will you still be running the Earth Day HM? Shall I remove it or just add Grandma's?
Got 6 miles in on the first part of the LVHM course. Now that I know the entire course I'm feeling quite confident.
<b>MrPH</b> - yea, that section on St. Cloud Street has the slightest of hills and then into the stadium. That's why I like to know my course, so I know exactly what I'm up against.<br><br><b>Chris</b> - it's the Lehigh Valley HM. But, trust me, I'm dreaming of running races in warmer climates in winter-time. Although yesterday was pretty nice.<br><br><b>BigG</b> - you'll make it under 2 hours, I certain of it!<br><br>
