I'm still out for the week. Hopefully I'll be able to get out for a run or two this weekend. Something short, 2-4 miles.<br><br>
How is everyone dealing with this weather, mentally?
Trust me, SLOjim, I have been daydreaming of living in a more moderate temperate zone lately. But you gotta do what ya gotta do.
Ah, I know that feeling all too well!
I'm so nervous that being on the bench for two weeks is going to mess up my training so far. But, I'm going to run tomorrow, first day back in 2 wks.
I ran an easy 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. Yippee! Legs felt strong, it's my lungs that were holding me back. So, I'll put in easy runs this coming week and see what I can do next weekend.
Got another 4M in this morning. What a perfect day outside!!
