The weather, as MrPH knows, was very nice for most of the day. I went for a bike ride... there were 65 deg at home, 50 by the time I started, with winds at 20-30mph. So it started pretty bad.... and it only got worse, I was hit by a storm with about 5 miles to go to the car, the rain was so heavy I could barely see in front of me. But it was fun altogether <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
SLOjim, your wonderful weather sounds like August! I was in La Jolla last summer, went for a run in the morning, and almost froze to death, there were below 50. And this came after wearing a sweater in Vegas, also in August...
Finally did the 12 miler today... longest since early November. About 24 degrees, which is very nice and there's no wind on top of it. Felt strong throughout the entire distance... or at least the first 11.5 miles, when I got very hungry all of a sudden.
