I've run 11 marathons, numerous 1/2's and a few 10k's. Qualified for Boston twice, ran it once (with a broken tailbone!) and now I live and try to run at 9300 ft. There truly is less air up here... but I'm getting better.<br><br>

Luckily there's an apple orchard near me so we buy Apple Walnut Caramel pie on a semi-regular basis (ie when I'm having a sweets attack).<br><br>

Hi RTR! To this land-locked life long flat-lander, Mountains are like the Ocean. I see them everytime I can. 2C Flour, 2/3C chilled lard, 1/4tsp salt and 6 tablespoons of cold water is a good start!
