<p>I smell new paint and varnish. Not like the old locker room at all.</p>

<p>My limp is getting better. Still I stayed in the gym and did whatever lower body exercises I could do that didn't hurt. I may try the elliptical tomorrow. This is week one for a marathon training cycle IF I decide to do Hartford or Mass Bay (Lowell). THe jury is still out on that one.</p>

<p>JJJ - great excuse yesterday for extending your run. It's nice that you now have a visitor's center 2 miles from home. That could come in handy I imagine,</p>
