I've been thinking about your WTPJ posts. I'm sure you've tried all kinds of solutions to your running 'problem', but I wanted to run these by you:<br><br>
Have you been tested for lactose intolerance AND celiac sprue? If not, have you tried cutting dairy out of your diet for a week or two, and alternatively cutting wheat (not easy) out of your diet for a week or two? You may just have IBS, but maybe it could be Celiac disease? Also, how about taking a pro-biotic (not the new gimmicky foods, but maybe something from your local vitamin store)?
