....also, the Upper and Lower Back Extensions help too......very Gently....<br><br>
when in bed//.....basically, you're lying flat, with a ''beginning crunch'' movement like the ''Palms Facing'' demo,<br>
...it's a little awkward at first,,,,,but can be done lying on back or stomach in bed..<br>
and you might ''test''<br>
it lying on the floor<br>
to get the Feel of the Move..<br><br>
.....mess around with it,,,,,,,the relief is almost instant when you ''get'' the Neutral Position...<br>
