Don't worry, folks, I'm talking to me!! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I haven't been journaling this week, and I thought I'd been doing 'ok' but I just went back and journaled what I can remember, and um, yeah, not ok.<br><br>
I get 24 points per day, and I've not had a day under like 35. journaling is a way of life for me. If i go too long without doing it, i slowly start to gain. So even though i've lost the bulk of my weight, most of it 6+ years ago, i still need to log to maintain <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> crappy metabolism genes <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

I don't have to journal to maintain but to lose it's a really good idea. Without noticing, I eat less. my metabolism is just fine according to the tests (about what would be expected at 125 lb lean body mass, a little under)

Yep. I need to lose more still, and for sure I need to journal to lose. When I'm maintaining, I can periodically journal and do ok, but it will creep back on slowly.

I should journal also. I keep whining about not losing weight but then I am not really doing what is necessary. I will start journaling...I will start journaling!

I can only journal for a few weeks at a time.<br><br>
I have to stop before my control issues cause me to be a bit more obsessive about it than I would like. I know my limits.
