It's like any other hobby - when folks get deeply involved, they can get pretty anal about the terminoligy. It's like asking a triathlete if she's a runner and it can send her into a tizzy about what constitutes a triathlon. Tell a comic book collector that Marvel/DC is a 6 of one, half a dozen of another and you'll get an earful.<br><br>
Throw into the mix there's been legislation intended to regulate assault rifles (and Saturday night specials) without proper definitions of the terms and us gun folks can get testy.<br><br>
Hope nobody's been offended.
