<p>How does twitter work?</p>

<p>IfI hit "reply" to respond to someone's tweet, shouldn't it show up on their page?  Like Facebook?  It shows up on my page, but not under the comment that I tweeted about.</p>

<p>It's my first tweet.  I think I did it wrong.</p>

<p>Just as well because I don't wish to follow anyone on the planet and I'm guessing most people don't much care when I last belched.</p>
