I still check in to delete the occasional spammy posts. But, when you make a post, and no one answers it for 10 months, its kind of off putting.

For those of us who need feedback by the minute 10 months is a bit long. I laugh when I get an email about "content reported"....Huh? There is no content.

I was looking over here about once a month to see the good morning vibes from the four or five people who posted daily. Since all but one of them were at CH I suspected it would die out and I surely was right.

Presently I'm just having a bit of a giggle tossing out a topic and seeing how long it will take Kenyan to check...and see if we'll go off on an adventure to have beers with Brutal.

Oh yes...no call outs here.

Wasn't that what led to the demise....along with the fact that we couldn't tell people that not only did we disagree with their logic, but that they were ugly too?

One of my fondest PRT memories was the collective mutiny where everyone started posting goofy thread titles with people's names in them. Especially with how much it pissed off the higher powers!

That was kind of funny until you had you scroll to page 3 to find a real thread then it became as annoying as parody threads or pics of Picard. :)

Sorry, I was on the Celebrity Summit enjoying the Southern Caribbean and then had to do a 20 mile training run last week. Other than an occasional facebook post I pretty much don't post too much on the internet any more.

I'm trying hard to ignore that GT and UGA are playing this Saturday at 3:30. I think I'm going to just practice my Spanish lessons that day. I heard the fat lady isn't even going to attend the game. She's just sending a recording while she goes shopping.

Hey Reb, amazing how some people drop by. I'm just going to keep posting till we have 8,000,000 people return...or at least 10 or 12 :)

You need to watch Saturday. Tech 24 Dawgs 13....remember you heard it here first.

How'd you like Summit? I think I had my favourite cruise on it....3 days in the Caribbean, up to Bermuda for 3 and on to NYC.

I certainly hope you are correct on that Tech score. I'll be floating if that happens. I'll be watching, just not sure if from home or at BDS.

The Summit was great. I went to the Southern Caribbean from San Juan - St. Croix, St. Kitts, Dominica, Grenada and St. Thomas. I went bicycling on St. Croix and then hiking on St. Johns when the ship docked in St. Thomas. The only very minor thing I didn't like was they have no self service laundromats on the ship. I definitely would not hesitate to sail on the Summit again.

It would be nice if a few more people began posting on here again.

Wow, if this is a revival, count me in!

Rebel, that's cool hearing about your trip through the Caribbean. I just moved from Havana to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic about 2 months ago.

After about 6 weeks of being lazy, I'm trying to start running again and I managed to get out twice this week. I have to go to Haiti tomorrow and won't be back until Monday, so it'll be Tuesday before I can hit the road again....at 4 in the morning!! Have a good one all!

My alma mater, Miss. State beat Ole Miss last night in the "egg bowl" by a touchdown in overtime. Go Dawgs!

Let's go grab some CHers by the ears and drag them over. And get Ranger to give Brutal another call while we're at it.

Holy Moly...Muddy...how on earth are you? Looks like you are still out there in Lotusland.

I was just popping in here a couple of times per week for a giggle starting back in November, but maybe it will lead to a great Kumbaya Conference and Reunion of running websites.

Same deal....I haven't been here in ages, but I got some email from an Active survey that made me think about the ol' days....so I decided to see what the neighbourhood was like....lo + behold.

Yes....still on the left coast.

Glad to see this place is at least on a ventilator.

Keep blowing (hot)air into it and it just might survive.

Still pretty much retired. I work the odd shift at Running Room and fill in as Principal a few days per year when they are really desperate.

Got married in 2012 and my wife lives in Atlanta. She is still working (I'm a kept man) so I'm back and forth a lot.

Well, congratulations! Doing a little cross-boarder bridal shopping, I see.

I just started doing a little lurking here last night....some very familiar names. I'll have to post when I get more time (not like the old days).

Who knows, maybe this place can become the drop in centre (or center) where people come by once in a while without having to wade through 5000 recipes or cat pics like on Facebook. :)
