I have been running about 8 months 4 times a week 5-7 miles a run. I am in it mainly for stress relief and to keep in shape. It's been great for both and I plan to continue even though it's very difficult to shoe-horn into the schedule many days. Just wanted to say hello and I tend to lurk and soak up info. but will post when I have a contribution.
