"If you don't do this right, I'm going to throw one of those weights at you....I haven't decided which one yet." [referring to the stand of handsized barbells starting at 3 lbs going up to 15 lbs.]<br><br>
THEN, she proceeds to sit on the exercise ball, bouncing up and down, and making me laugh while I'm trying to do Pilates side planks.<br><br>
Do you have any idea how hard it is to plank and laugh at the same time???

Kind of like trying to do tree pose when your yoga instructor is making silly faces. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

In fact, she did say to me as well, "I'm soooo sending you to Yoga! There's just not enough rotation on that."<br>
[I was supposed to be in a one armed push up position...holding a light barbell with the other hand...reaching between body and floor,,, rotating out and then up...and back. Head following weight. For the life of me, I don't know what to call those, except under/overs.]<br><br>
Lemme just say, that if anyone other than the one teaching it, were teaching yoga, I'd go back. But the one teaching it has ....ummmmm issues....and I don't think is very good. I've had very good in Yoga.... she moved. Go figure.
