<p>Dick Cheney is out hunting with his friend one morning and his rifle accidentally goes off felling his friend. Dick takes out his cell phone and calls 911.</p>

<p>Oh God! My friend's been shot! I think he's dead!</p>
<p>"Well- can you make sure?" asks the 911 operator.</p>
<p>The operator hears Dick put down the phone footsteps away from the phone. Then she hears a 5 rifle shots, then footsteps back to the phone.</p>
<p>"okay- <em>NOW</em> he's dead."</p>
