<div style="color:rgb(24,24,24);background-color:rgb(253,252,250);font-family:Arial, sans-serif;line-height:18px;">Last week was a bad week in terms of snacking etc and I have no migrated from a combo of biking and running to just running as I try and get in shape for some fall 1/2 marathons and possible a marathon next February. So now I have to really watch what I am eating. </div>
