So where is everybody? Using Memorial Day as a lame excuse?<br><br>
Well, here's my TERRIBLE numbers.<br><br>
Starting Weight: 204<br><br>
Last Week: 170<br>
Today: 172<br>
Gain/Loss: +2<br>
Total Loss: -32<br><br>
Goal: 160 (or so)<br><br><br>
Now, a lot of this is post-party bloat and will go down. I mean, yesterday afternoon I was 167. Now I'm 172? I can believe that some of it might "stick" (until I work it off), but 5 pounds in one evening?<br><br>
Some of that is going to go away fast, I hope, in the first few days. Although, it won't all go away, so it is a bit of a backward slide.<br><br>
And the gym is closed today, and I didn't get any workout in yesterday (although I sure did sweat a lot while working in the garden).<br><br>
The numbers are the numbers, and they're going in my record book.<br><br>
Ah well, keep plugging along, I guess.

<p>Last week 137</p>
<p>this week 139.</p>

<p>Bad week for stress eating.  By saturday I had gained 4 lbs, went for walk, and then mildly sprained my ankle, so I am looking at another week at least of no exercise.  Too bad as I had planned on buying new running shoes thrusday afternoon, but I don't think I will be ready to test them out on the stores treadmill.  Hopefully I can hit submit before this message disappears.</p>
