Starting Weight: 204<br><br>
Last Week: 172<br>
Today: 167<br>
Gain/Loss: -5<br>
Total Loss: -37<br><br>
Goal: 160 (or so)<br><br>
So, I made up for the gain last week, but still, in the grand scheme of things, if I had had a 2 pound loss both weeks I still would have been lower.<br><br>
Plugging along. Gotta look good in the swimsuit. The gut is still there, even though the rest of me looks pretty skinny.

<p>I am down .2 which is better than nothing at this point.  Feel more mentally ready after the last couple weeks.</p>
