<p>I didn't get on the scale, but I did have a healthy breakfast, a decent lunch, and am cooking a good dinner.  Oh and  I threw out the chips. </p>

<p>I am still on track with food, will have to resist the call of the mall tonight during retail job.  That had me completely off track the last two weeks. </p>

<p>Maybe, I don't know.  I bring my huge 4 cup water bottle with me and feel great and the scale is usually good.  I drink a pop and I seem to want more yucky food.  I'm ok with water, but I might try a lemonade or something when I am feeling the need for flavour.</p>
