Goal: 160 (or so)<br><br><br><br>
Well, at least I didn't gain any.<br><br>
Sheesh. I'm disgusted.<br><br>
Big loss this week! I *mean* it!

<p>I am having a bad week, that's all I can say, I am probably around 143 again.  Sigh.  Will really check in tomorrow.</p>

<p>I was at a wedding last night and did very well, so happy about that. </p>
