I am back in the saddle. On holidays, but going to try my best. I went for a 5K walk today and have new running shoes, so am going to hit the treadmill in the condo in a few minutes. Also bought a new sports watch as my other Ironman watch strap finally broke after many years of daily use.

I was 141.6 this morning using my mom's scale. I am hoping for a 5 lb loss in the next two weeks that will kick start my for when I get home. I have an empty fridge, so the plan is to restock it with good stuff.

Starting Weight: 204

Last Week: 164?
Today: 165
Gain/Loss: +1
Total Loss: -39

Goal: 160 (or so)

Actually, I was probably 164, but I got home from Playa, weighed myself (at 7 PM, usually I do it when I wake up), and was 165.

I consider gaining *maybe* one pound on vacation a MEGA victory.

Granted, we were very active. I walked about 4 miles a day (too hot to run). My eating was very sporadic. Only had breakfast a few days. Sometimes I didn't eat a meal (although snacked) until late in the day.

But when we went out to eat, which we did a lot, I ate a lot.

So, I'm happy.

Let the diet begin...again.

Holidays are going well. I am losing, eating well and exercising a lot. Pool, walks, machines on occasion.

I am doing horribly.

Went to the gym and lifted today. First time I've been there in over two weeks. And I'm eating terribly.

So much for that vacation win. I'm up two pounds.

Yeah, it's not starting over, but I have to get the "mojo" back. Lots of crap, unpleasant, going on at work, etc. Not that that's an excuse.

Not an excuse, but a factor, that is there. I stress eat. I need to control it. Two pounds could be travel weight, hang on until Monday/Tuesday to really decide.
