<p>I am back in the saddle. On holidays, but going to try my best. I went for a 5K walk today and have new running shoes, so am going to hit the treadmill in the condo in a few minutes. Also bought a new sports watch as my other Ironman watch strap finally broke after many years of daily use. </p>

<p>I was 141.6 this morning using my mom's scale. I am hoping for a 5 lb loss in the next two weeks that will kick start my for when I get home. I have an empty fridge, so the plan is to restock it with good stuff.</p>
