Oh, those guys are so full of themselves!! They actually think people can't exercise without their gizmo??<br>
I mean yes, it's hard... and I can't do it without my gadgets... but a lot of people are doing it successfully <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Hey-in the meantime I have a crap watch from Target and I used QN's Polar watch for my time trial.

I HAVE to wear my timex ironman watch in the pool.....even with contacts in I sometimes have trouble seeing the pace clock for send-offs.<br><br>
Luckily, the last two days when I've been rushed and forgotten it, I've not had hard intervals, mostly rest intervals.
