2 mile walk this morn for me... than off to work.... The diet is going well but tonight will be a struggle .. we are having a dinner party at our house tonight.. I am grilling King Crab and steaks... plus plenty of wine, Scotch<br><br>

Good morning! I went to the gym today for a quick workout before I had to be in my office, and after I was done with running 2 miles & taking 1/2 of a yoga class, I discovered that I had brought 2 right shoes (one black & one brown). DH graciously drove 30 mins to bring me the left brown shoe from my closet. I'm a lucky woman. He didn't even say anything, although he rolled his eyes.<br><br>
Work today - Saturday - ugh. I hate working weekends but we all take turns.<br><br>
Last night we went out for Italian food and I overate big time. Tonight DH is making something like a pot roast, which will be much healthier. We might go to a movie tomorrow, where the fake buttery popcorn will tempt me. Maybe I'll just get a small bag.<br><br>

25.5 mile trail run today, mostly flat, 1500' of gain (by the way, that's 102 points for team M, Richard <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"> )<br><br>
