<p>Stupid tooth/jaw issues are still a PITA.  Woke up 2x last night needing more advil.  I have a strong feeling I'm going to be having a tooth pulled on Monday, but we shall see.</p>

<p>2010 is over and done.  Personally I hope the door hit 2010's ass on the way out, but /shrug.  2011 will be a better year, methinks!</p>

Unfortunately, there will be no before pics, as I always forget to document the before stage, and by the time I saw the request last night, the camera (usually kept IN said office) had been temporarily relocated in one of many piles-o-stuff somewhere.  Ahh well.  An after shot will be available at some point.</p>

<p>Happy New Year!  I fell asleep on the couch and missed watching the ball drop and then went to bed before it was officially New Year's here.  I did have a crap night of sleep, so I sadly have to conclude that an afternoon nap=bad night sleep.  At least the first thing I did this year was learn something new!</p>

<p>New Years Eve was ok.  C started coming down with something yesterday, but came anyway.  And left about 11.  He was not well.  I Lysoled the hell out the place after he left. The roast was good, but took longer to get done than I thought it would, and I followed the butcher's instructions!  But, better underdone than overdone - we can always cook it more.  We watched Inception, which was good.  I found that it's one of those movies where you need to listen and pay attention to details in order to know what's happening.  Popped the champagne cork at midnight, DD and I both took a sip and then turned our attention to the Chocolate Decadence dessert - which was, far and away, the highlight of the evening. <span><img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> I was in bed at 12:30.  I'm pretty sure my Mother was out later than that.  </span></p>

<p><span>New Year's Eve was as expected low-key - got to see the ceremonies live from NYC on TV and then the local stuff three hours later, and even got to talk to <strong>Kris</strong> (though she's still trying to get over the strep.)</span></p>

<p><span>Today's my dad's birthday, who just got back with my mom from a weekend in the Monterey area.  So I'm kinda' celebrating the occasion with a few assorted siblings and nieces and the like</span></p>

I was in bed at 10:00 pm. Got up at 9:30 am. I dislike being sick. DW worked mom & baby last night and there were a lot of people trying to get their 2010 deductions!<br><br>
Amy and the kids are visiting a family in the 'hood. Porter and I are watching the rose bowl. I might slip out later to attend some of the last mens hoops game at Mac Court before we move to the new arena.<br><br>
