Hi everyone! Any fun plans for the weekend? I have to fly to Boise to shoot a wedding tomorrow, but I will be back early on Sunday. It's just a quick trip. Ron has to stay home and take care of all the kids.

Hi Fer! Good luck with the shoot! You do great work!

Andi, happy birthday to the twins!!

Tomorrow is going to be busy. Run in the morning, mowing the lawn and yard work and then off to a friends birthday where I'll play a few numbers with the band. Looking forward to that one! Tonight is chill night, just having a couple of beers while I recover from the long drive home. DD is all set with an apartment, now we have to gather up some furniture and stuff and plan the big move in a couple of weeks.

Fer- hope the wedding shoot went well! How exciting! I hope Ron fared well with all of the kids :)

Sudsy - hope you had fun at the birthday party! Maybe at Smuttynose you can play a couple of tunes for us :) Glad to hear that your dd found an apartment - that's very exciting!

We have had a busy weekend and today should be a beach day but I don't think we'll make it because of kid stuff going on. Yesterday I met some friends for a long run and ran a total of 15.4 miles. It was warm and I thought I hydrated enough but about one hour after I got really sick. This was the worst ever for me as far as post-run dehydration crappiness. I couldn't stand up because I kept feeling like I was going to pass out and I had to lie on the floor in the bathroom in pain from stomach cramps. How pathetic is that? I was sick to my stomach and my poor dh was trying to figure out how to help me. He gave me potato chips, pretzels, Ultima drink, water, etc. He took my blood pressure, too, and it was really low. This is what sometimes happens to me after a marathon but way worse. This is the first time I've ever thought that maybe I should go to the hospital. Anyway, after about 1.5 hours and forcing myself to eat pretzels and drink I was able to get up without feeling faint. We spent the rest of the day at the local Clam Festival that's going on this weekend and then fireworks last night.

Hello! We went to NH for the weekend with friends. We canoed the Saco Riveryesterday. It was so much fun but a lot of work because the river is really low. We are all exhausted now. I ran 16 on Friday morning before we left. My feet are not loving me.

Sisu - that sounds horrible! Have you tried s caps? They may help you.

Suds - sounds like you had a productive trip to Baltimore.

Fer - wow, what a whirlwind trip to Boise.
