12 miles LSD on my schedule today. It's soooooooooo cold outside... Only 12* here... I'm so sick of it.. I can't run my favourite route because that means that I will be coming back against the wind and today is too cold for that.

DS6 is still sick -we were up a lot last night. His fever was 101 and now his ear is starting to hurt, poor kid. This morning he said, "This is the worst Easter ever." <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
I ran 5 last night and will probably go for a bike ride today and run a little. I'm holding off on my lsd until tomorrow b/c today is going to be busy.<br><br>

Hey guys, day after is going alright. Hate being at work and all that.<br><br>
The only real soreness I have is the tendons in my groin area are kind of tight. Nothing that can't be stretched out a bit.<br><br>
I honestly think I am more sore from getting the house ready for folks coming over than from the race.

I just now discovered that Miley Cyrus and Hannah Montana are the same person. I know, everyone is passing out from shock that there is someone in this country (this WORLD, for that matter!) that didn't know that. My DD is not into that at all, so I have never paid attention!
