<p>Thanks all! Rather low key day today... normally I take the day off work and workouts, but this is a flipside down year so neither happened. Went to lunch with DW and then for dinner we went to IHOP. Totally screwed with the kids. They expect Brazillian Steakhouse or Sushi or SomethingBig but I'm just not into that this year. I'm far from 205lbs and will power is holding strong. So it was a lesson in restraint.</p>

<p>Went to see DS2's first "swim meet" (really intrateam practice-like-we're-racing) very cute they were having a blast. And DS2 did pretty good... when his goggles were on the right way that is... Mr. Cocky didn't listen to dad before the first heat went off.. ended up last in his strongest stroke (free). Oh well, it's a mistake he's gotta make on his own!! ROFL. He managed 3rd in Fly, which amazed me - he's not skilled there... but he's tough - so that counts for something!!</p>
