So I kind of strained my hammy this morning. It's not bad, just sore and twinges when I make certain movements.<br><br><br>
This is the second time I have done this, each time while doing lunges. Guess what is off my list for good now? Lunges.<br><br>
I'm supposed to run 55 minutes today, but I don't see that happeneing. ARGH. THis is so freakin' irritating. Hopefully some ice and rest the rest of the day will cure it.
