The problem down here is some counties want to celebrate Halloween on Saturday instead of Sunday. Which means I'll have be prepared for both nights, although I suspect the majority will be Sunday.

In either case I'm usually able to close my doors about 9:00pm.

The firm is having their Halloween party as I type. There is a $200 prize for best costume and act.

Wish I could meet up with you for a cuppa coffee when you come down on Sunday! Unfortunately, we have plans for a large part of the day.

my weekend started this afternoon:

the weather was PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT! which allowed me to get a buttload of yard work done [three hours worth]

tomorrow:

a.m.~~~>attempt a short slower-than-the-second-coming plod [fingers Xd that the PF cooperates] *or* do a kettlebells workout

p.m.~~~> watch some random college football, and then head into Madison for a home Badger hockey game vs Michigan Tech.

Tomorrow night is Freakfest on State Street; so my guess is that the student section at the hockey game will be ROCKIN' and ROLLIN' with politically incorrect costumes.

eta: one of our band's more popular tunes at hockey games happens to be Rocky Horror's "Time Warp"

Yes, we include the dance and hip thrusts~~~> and tomorrow night, the costumes will likely be just as 'warped'

Carve jack-o-lanterns on Saturday.

Visit Grandma on Sunday morning because the DW works night shift.

Go home and start the run up to Halloween.

Tag team trick-or-treating with the Grandparents on the DW's side.

Shut off the lights around 8 and head over to the block party for the fireworks. Keep fingers crossed that DD doesn't freak out again and make me run home carrying her in my arms.

Sleep.

He's actually coming from Maryland - He's one year old and I've adopted him through saveoursetters.org. There are about 6 volunteers how are transporting him from Maryland - the closest they could get him was to Madison.

No worries about the coffee - I'll be in and out so quickly to get back. It'll be a long day of traveling.
