thor--it's a garmen 305 gps watch--it's kind of a stupid device, but I'm easially amused. It's a nice data logger when I'm on the trainer and knowing exactly how fast I run has been, well, sobering.<br><br>
I'm planning to use the run above as the start of my hopefully injury free progression to a weekly 15 mile long run, which I'll retain. The other couple days will be shorter. Once it melts off a little, I'm going to do Long, tempo and something on the track, hopefully that will do it.<br><br>
I'd like to try American Zofinger, Powerman Ohio and Maybe the duathlon worlds if I can get my run squared away, which from the graph above is a teensy way off.<br><br>
