Hallo-weekend Fitness: 10/30 & 31

<p>Hola!  Man, I really wish I could find a half marathon that started at 9 or 10 in the morning!  This getting-up-at-3am stuff bites!  Anywho.. I'm certainly not expecting to do my best on the event, but last night I remembered that my heath right now is still better than what a lot of other people have - so with that in mind, I'll run the best that I can today.</p>

<p>Good luck racers (all of whom should either be racing now or be done racing now).  </p>

<p>I met up with my group for a great two part run.  Wade and I did 5 miles at 5:00am then circled back to the running store to meet up with 6 other buddies.  We then did a 12.5 mile loop.  So, I ended up with 17.8 miles in 2:26 or so.  My legs have the not so fresh feeling now.  </p>

<p>Busy day ahead:  Fall Festival at P's school, L's soccer game, Adult + kids halloween party and then Trick-or-treat in the neighborhood where the party is held.  </p>
