<p>I have decided to wander in here since I have to do a MUCH better job of watching what I am eating. I got put on the 30 day disabled list last Friday by my doctor due to achilles tendonitis SOOOOOO I now really need to watch what I eat. I currently weigh about 207 pounds and I stand 5 ft 11'ish. According to my doctor and the BMI standards I should be 175 but I would be happy to be back down at 180 - 185. </p>

<p>I started tracking my food intake yesterday via myfitnesspal.com.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Now I need to keep up with it.</p>
