In a blender, puree:<br><br>
- 1 cup soy milk<br>
- 2 cups salad greens<br>
- 2 cups kale pieces (no stems)<br><br>
Add:<br><br>
- 1.5 frozen bananas<br>
- 5-6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)<br>
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)<br>
- whatever else you have around (mango, pineapple, blueberries, wheatgrass shots etc.)<br>
- about 1/2 to 2/3 cup juice (whatever you've got)<br><br>
Blend until smooth. Makes two 16-20 ounce smoothies.
