2 Bonless Chicken Breasts<br>
2 Tbsp Chopped Sun-dried tomatoes<br>
2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese<br>
2 Tbsp chopped olives<br>
1 Tsp minced garlic<br>
1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar<br>
Extra virgin olive oil<br>
Salt and pepper<br><br>
Pre heat oven to 450 deg. Toss Tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, garlic, and vinegar<br><br>
Rub chicken w/ olive oil salt & pepper. Take a sharp knife and cut a slit in each chicken breast to form a pocket. Stuff w/ filling and transfer to a baking sheet.<br><br>
Bake for 15 minutes and top w/ remaining stuffing.
