Hey gang,

I did some push-ups today, but not quite enough for 5 minutes worth and 1 point. So I got to thinking:

What is the greatest amount of exercise one can do without earning a point?

How about splitting and stacking wood for 30 minutes. A bit of work but not officially excercise. Several trips up and down the stairs keeping the fire going in the wood stove. Larry

Ha!

The other day I did a job interview, then had some time to kill before my ride came to pick me up. I walked from the university (UBC), down a steep trail to the beach a couple 100 feet below. Then I hiked around on the rocks before climbing back up the staircase to campus. I was going slow enough (and wearing dress shoes!) that it wasn't worth counting, but I was certainly puffing on the way up.

Ahem. If it's less than 30 mins, it shouldn't count at all!
