Who knows of good exercise resources on the Web? Put 'em here!

My contribution: I am a huge fan of the physioball. This site has photos and good descriptions of dozens of ball exercises.

Try the "pilates exercises" and "most popular exercises" links.

http://www.sissel-online.com/

Here's a .pdf you can print out with a REALLY skinny dude showing the exercises
http://www.performbetter.com/catalog...bilityBall.pdf
This guy also has free handouts and pages full of exercises
http://www.ronjones.org/Health&Fitness/index.htm
I'll update this when I get home, more links there.

I think this one is one of the best, there are a really supportive bunch of people there. They reguarly run a VRAA competition to motivate people too.

I recently found http://www.exercisetv.tv/

I'm still poking around, but found a nice stretching vid the other night.

We don't get that station, so it's nice to have some short routines to follow right on the net. (core, stretching, sbs, etc)

Also, this one has some good stability ball work.
http://www.uwlax.edu/strengthcenter/...all_traini.htm

http://www.exrx.net

Especially the "exercises" section of the 'exercise and muscle directory'...where they illustrate all the muscles.
if you follow links, you'll see that you can click on body parts and view all strength exercises that will work that given muscle, and if you click on the exercise, there's animated examples of almost all the exercises.
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

it's a great educational resource for lifting.

Thanks for the reminder about exrx.net, HighHeat. It is one of the best I've seen.
