<p>Morning.</p>
<p>Slept soundly last night until 6am this morning.  I did my usual 6.4 mi run.  It seemed like a struggle the whole way, but in looking at the Garmin it is no wonder.  The pace was 8:14/mi.  I felt like I was crawling.</p>
