<p>I'm alive and well.  Sorry I dropped out of communication for a while.  Some of you know me from facebook too, so you know I'm still alive.  Work and life and family have conspired to make my summer busy and fun and complicated, but that's good (well, better than having nothing to do anyway).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The kids are gearing up for school, and DW starts back at work today.  When they're in school and work, it makes my life a little easier (since I work year round).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I hope all is well with all of you.</p>

<p>My kids started back to school this week and the DW has a new work schedule so things are chaotic here in Florida also.  Other than that it is SSDD for me.</p>

<p>Good morning! I think I was the only person who did not feel the earthquake yesterday, i was driving. DH was in VA for training and was about 20 miles from the epicenter. Crazy. I am still feeling a bit sick and not sure i will be able to fit a workout in this morning, maybe hit the pool later though.</p>

<p>Good morning, the internet connection has been really slow lately...due to rain.</p>
<p>Hope all are well.  I'm also really glad that Irene is missing us, but I feel for the folks in her path.</p>

<p>  New England is hyping for Irene.. but it is a few days away and tracking farther east than they thought..hopefully it goes past us.. I have a LOT of stuff I  have to pick up in my yard if the winds are going to be strong !</p>

<p>   Taxied  DD and another kid up to band camp.  Have several dozen items on my "to do " list...  Yikes less than  a week till I return to work - think maybe that list will never be done!   Yesterdays work out was  mowing the lawn- couldn't make it to Boot camp, so today I will yank out one of those dvd's I have - yoga probably- I can use a good stretch!</p>

<p>the hurricane is due this weekend and i have a race which i will most likely not go to soooo bummed. secretly hoping they reschedule for next weekend </p>
