<p>Another chilly day so another chilly run.  The in-laws just left about 20 minutes ago and since my alarm would have started going off soon anyway I more or less just stayed awake.  I guess I need to get dressed and get this run done!</p>

<p>I rolled over and turned off the alarm at 330.  It was set for 430am.  I slept until 5am.</p>
