Good Morning,

A warm and HUMID jog this morning. I really have a hard time finding that gear between running and walking. I always seem to get to a point where it feels like my pace is so slow that I might as well walk so I drop into a walk. I can't find the pace where it feels like I am running but just not as fast as what was wearing my ass out. Does that make sense?

Anyway,

Have a good day everyone.
