Good Morning,

A warm and HUMID jog this morning. I really have a hard time finding that gear between running and walking. I always seem to get to a point where it feels like my pace is so slow that I might as well walk so I drop into a walk. I can't find the pace where it feels like I am running but just not as fast as what was wearing my ass out. Does that make sense?

Anyway,

Have a good day everyone.

Morning. Heavy showers last night. Porty may be getting them now or soon.

Off to the pool to do some lap swimming. This is all new for me. I guess they (folks at school) are swimming Tue and Fridays at 7am.

I will be a tired mofo this evening.

Good morning. FB- run when you can, walk when you cannot. I dunno, no advice there. Raining here today, not sure what we are going to do before work. We had a good time at the zoo, but i think i am still tired. I am achy, between running 30 miles Sunday and then carrying Zoe thru the zoo yesterday, whew!

eric,

meri's advice makes sense....the summer conditions in FLA are nasty, and you have to do what your body asks

todd,

good for you getting in for the pool and doing cross-training <I hate swimming/can't swim, so anyone who swims is Michael Phelps in my book>

meri,

Speaking of cross-training, think of carrying zoe around as a form of upper body + core work!

rfh,

Have you been out drowning worms yet this summer? Or do you fish with artificials?

Are you into Pan fishing? Muskies? Northerns?

Porty-- I was in Boston and he was dressed as the BU Bucky and I was like, wtf? Boston Univ's mascot is a terrier, LOL. There was a big parade in town (not for the Bruins in the dream...) with floats and hot air balloons and Bucky! LOL.
