colonoscopy went well...clean 'n' clear pipes, just like last time. Not sure if I mentioned that the only reason I needed to go in before the 10 year time frame, is because my GI doc needed to get a couple biopsies for possible microscopic colitis.

Lab work will be back within a week.

Other than that: no celiac, no inflammatory issues, nothing else....good news

good morning. glad the test went ok, porty. we had fun at the zoo yesterday, but it was soooo crowded. playground this morning, hoping to squeeze a run in before that, then off to work. our regular sitter who was on vacation is very sick, not sure what is wrong, so she is not back to work yet :( my friend is going to watch zoe a couple more days.

Good morning! Woke up to a fierce storm last night: lightning, hail...the whole shebang. The neighbor's tree came through the fence into our backyard, but fortunately did not land on anything important. I do think it may have taken out one of my baby trees, though.
