I am awake, showered and dressed but I didn't run. I just couldn't get up and go. I battle the snooze alarm for a long time hoping that each time it went off that I would find the desire to get out and run. It never came. I will take my stuff to work and MAYBE I can find the desire to run then. If not I will try and run a few miles tonight. This has not been a good start to the new year for my running.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning. Snow on the way here too, I doubtful that I am working today, but maybe for an hour or two, pretty much everyone has cancelled. Hopefully it comes thru and the roads are clear for work tomorrow, i do not start until 11 tomorrow. Yesterday my neighbor came over to exercise, she is starting the C25K and she was on the treadmill while i went on the stepper and our kids played, it was great!

Morning. Slept in a bit today. I was beat from running in the new snow yesterday. My time was off by about 45 secs/mi.

Good Morning,

I hope everyone is safe during this latest strom. We received just a little over 2 inches in the last 24 hours. Tomorrow marks two weeks since I tore my right hammy while taking the kids out.

Morning. A bit tender after yesterday's physio, but still slept just fine. Feel like I need a mental health day, I don't take them but wish I could. Distressing that it is so early in the year. I have dozens of performance evaluations to write up and a year in review presentation to make that arbitrarily will cut out half my team's successes because we can only talk about 3. Gah. Calgon take me away.

I went into work early and worked for two hours. Zoe was hysterical when I left her and finally the sitter said that she would never let me leave if i never left, so i left, she cried for a minute and stopped then they played. Anywho, she is the kid who won't nap, so after my 30 minute commute home, i drove around for about 20-25 minutes on top of that to get her to sleep. She was deliriously tired. Checking the internet then i should clean up. Zoe loves couscous but it is a big mess maker! LOL. I want to nap, but i fear i would never wake up. Here's to hoping we get very little snow tomorrow and it all goes to Altoids!
