<p><Gak! When attempting to login and/or post on kick, does anyone else constantly getting the "please wait" sign for looooooooooooong periods of time? FRUSTRATING!> 99% of the time, I have to open a second window in order to post.</p>

<p>Got up and did another o'dark thirty poop'n'plod today. Felt pretty good (other than the pitstops) and was able to tackle one of the bigger hills in the neighborhood. OY!</p>

<p>Heading out to golf in a bit. Sis and I only go nine holes, so it doesn't take up the entire day.</p>
<p>BIL can't come out with us today, since he's actually on the tractor mowing the fairways where we play. <span id="user_yui_3_4_0_10_1315485072390_22"><img alt="cool.gif" id="user_yui_3_4_0_10_1315485072390_21" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></span></p>
<p>He retired from a 35 year career back in april; but was bored by june, so was able to land a part time gold course mowing job.</p>
<p>We get free golf out of it too!  WOOT!</p>

<p>After golf, I believe there will be a bunch of yard/garden work to tackle.</p>

<p>Good Morning,</p>
<p>  Run is done, It was actually only 70 degrees for  my run today so that means I was not completely drenched by the time I finished. </p>

<p>I am working from home today. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>First Soccer games of the season on Saturday.  For 6 out of the 9 weeks I have conflicts in terms of the times of the games so DW and I will be splitting time between the 2 kids. </p>

<p>Oh yeah,</p>
<p>I got my cholesterol results back yesterday.   My cholesterol is high but since my good cholesterol is so high my doctor  is not stressing to much.  It was 248/66  (I think)  My ration is like 3.8 so he said that was great. </p>

<p>If that ratio goes above 5 then I need to look at adding medicine to help control it.    I was in the parking lot at work so I forgot what the good hdl number was. </p>
