<p>Good Morning,</p>
<p>  2 days to race day.  Planned 6 miles this morning but I am now leaning more towards about 5.  I will need to see how I feel when I get out on the roads this morning.</p>

<p>Good morning.  three inches of rain expected today.  I'm glad the past couple of days have come and gone.  I had crazy amounts of work, but today should be more or less "normal".</p>

<p>Self-diagnosis is PF...right foot classic heel pain symptom...nasty.  (Currently, I am icing while at the computer)</p>

<p>If I can't work out, I am a whirling teeth-gnashing ogre.</p>

<p>I'm so glad today is Thursday.  I worked 12 hours yesterday on an unexpected and urgent project that had to go out.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Today should be more calm.  But then again, I thought that yesterday morning at this time too.</p>

<p>Porty-- freeze a bottle of water and roll your foot on it. The hardness will help break up the tightness and the ice will help with the inflammation.</p>

<p>It's raining here too. It's suppose to clear up this afternoon, so hopefully I can go for a run then. I had the best trail run on Tuesday!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Porty - my dad had the same self-diagnosis over the weekend. </p>
