Good Morning,

I sort of lost the battle of the snooze alarm. Trying to get out the door for a run. I have the day off for work, but I have a lot of chores to get done. The original plans were to meet DD at the local minor league baseball stadium to watch the game with her and her summer camp group and then stay for the entire game since the camp would have had to leave early. But on Monday of this week there was an announcement at the camp that the game was Tuesday. I couldn't re-arrange my work schedule that much. Oh well, now I will use the day off to get chores done before my father and his gf arrive this weekend for a SHORT visit.

Btw, yes, we'll take hwy 75 to 60 head east towards Brandon regional hospital....son's apartment is almost right across the street from work! He'll appreciate that when he's getting off from those 12 hour overnight shifts in the ER!

After a couple days getting him settled, we'll head north to son#1 up in long creek, SC.
9-10 hour drive....oy, my aching back and arse. We may only stay a short time there, since it is a spur of the moment trip.

I went to help with the poetry/music and dance show for the summer ELL class I help at. I enjoyed the many songs and dancing in the Nepali tradition. The ladies were all dressed up in their best most colorful saris. A fun day for all to share in their new country.

Took DD to doctors to help resolve asthma problems . I hope this works - she was an avid runner a year ago but now is afraid to go out because she gets short of breath and wheezes terribly! Send good vibes !

Raising-- hopefully your DD finds what works for her. Acupuncture got rid of my asthma, but before that, I took an allergy med + singulair + inhaler daily and it really was the right combo, hopefully she can find the right combo for her!
